Ordered and paid on weekdays before 1 pm = shipped the same day!

For all orders under € 50.00 the shipping costs are calculated on the basis of weight.
If your order does not fit through the mailbox, it will automatically be sent as a package.
Dutch, German and Belgian orders from € 50.00 free shipping.
If your order is sent by us as a package, you will receive a tracing number from Post NL after 6 PM.
If your order is sent by us as a letterbox, you will not receive a tracking number.
There is no tracking number on postbox mail with PostNL.
The delivery time of letterbox mail depends on an average of 1-5 working days, depending on PostNL.
Note: PostNL does not deliver mailboxes on Mondays.
The delivery time of a package is 1-2 business days. PostNL only delivers on working days.
As a customer you are responsible for correctly specifying the delivery address!
If the package is returned due to various failed delivery attempts due to absence or incorrect address information, we are unfortunately forced to reimburse shipping costs for a return. An incorrectly entered address causes missing mail and is for the account of the customer. So always check the address given!
All letterbox mail is sent in a sturdy bubble envelope. A package is in most cases sent in a cardboard box.

Batteries and chargers
A two-month warranty is standard on purchased batteries and chargers. In the event of a defect, the warranty gives the right to repair the defect or to replace the defective product. In case of defect or damage due to the fault of the customer this guarantee is not valid and we reserve the right not to compensate this damage.

There is no guarantee on our e-liquids and liquids. We maintain strict standards in the area of ​​safety and hygiene and can not provide any guarantee in this product category. In cases of incorrect delivery or other special causes our team can decide to return and / or reimburse liquids. In this case it is necessary that the closure and sealing are not broken.

Clearomizers, atomizers and coils
On our clearomizers, coils and atomizers or similar products the rule DOA '' Dead On Arrival '' is in force. The guarantee expires upon delivery to the customer.

A guarantee of 30 days applies to all products that do not fall into the above categories.

General period
Unopened and unused products can be taken back in consultation within a period of 14 days.
